The Skype consultation is a fifteen minute video consultation with a PlanB master stylist using Skype from the customer’s home computer. Consultations are availabe every Monday from 11am until 4pm with limited consultations at other times. Customers are required to fill out a form providing their name, email address, Skype name and requested appointment date and time.

The video consultations cost only time but by using Mondays, their quiet day, they are making best use of that time. The free consultation is a relatively easy way for hairdressers and any other service industry to add value to their customer’s experience.
